Hal Crossland

Hal is an Assistant Project Manager within the Business Transformation team. He is responsible for project managing business transformation projects across many different aspects of the group.
He has experience of a wide range of project management and business transformation tools and techniques including process mapping, lean methodologies, Power BI and agile project management.
Before joining the group in May 2022, Hal built up several years of experience through the manufacturing industry as a Production Manager and had a key role in developing stabilising strategies and change management.
